On March 6th 2010, Great Men curated and headlined the inaugural "An Evening With Great Men" at cult Nottingham venue Chameleon: a dark sweaty room above Clinton Cards (both physically and morally), with huge speaker stacks and bottled beer from the supermarket across the road. Support included an exclusive suite of short films from the award-winning John and Tom Turrell. The capacity crowd included Ulterior mastermind MCG who enjoyed the gig so much that he immediately offered to produce an album. Some weeks later it transpired that G-Fresh, local bassist and beer drinker, had smuggled in some portable recording equipment and captured the event. Here it is for posterity, with feedback and dodgy tuning free of charge.
